On Tuesday, 17th of December, 2024, at 11:00 AEDT, there will be a scheduled 30-minute outage affecting all external access to AAP systems, including Global Protect VPN, Clientless, Newsroom, and Photos. This crucial firewall maintenance will also interrupt internet access for on-site staff, restricting their ability to use Superdesk and the AAP Photos backend during this time.

When: Tueasday, 16-12-2024, between 11:00 - 11:30
Duration: 30 minutes

We understand that the service disruption/downtime can be quite inconvenient for users. However, maintenance work is crucial in order to guarantee the long-term stability and efficiency of our systems.
